2017 DNSW Performance Medals

2017 DNSW Performance Medals

Over 120 riders are eligible for Performance Medals from Novice through to FEI Big Tour Level.

The qualifying period is from after the 2016 NSW Dressage Championships up to and including the 2017 NSW Dressage Championships.

13 Gold, 40 Silver and 71 Bronze medals will be presented in 2017.

Current members of DNSW are eligible and only results from events held in NSW apply.

The final results for the 2017 DNSW Annual Awards have been finalised and available on the links below.

The overall Pony of the Year and FEI Young Rider of the year will be determined by the Committee of DNSW and announced after the next Committee Meeting in November or earlier if possible.

NSW Team Announced for the National Championships

NSW Team Announced for the National Championships

DNSW is delighted to announce that we have a strong Team that will be representing NSW at the Martin Collins 2017 Australian Dressage Championships.

The final horse/rider combinations to represent NSW may be changed if withdrawals occur before the commencement of the event.

All riders including reserve riders have been sent an email today.

The Chef d'Equipe is Mrs Donna Day.

Isabell Werth (45) secured her third Dressage gold medal of the week when topping today’s individual Freestyle at the Longines FEI European Championships 2017 in Gothenburg, Sweden. But she had to pull out all the stops to pin German team-mate Sonke Rothenberger (22) into silver medal position while, mirroring the result of yesterday’s Grand Prix Special, Denmark’s Cathrine Dufour (25) took bronze.
