It looks set to be “the Laura and Isabell Show” in tomorrow’s title-deciding Freestyle

Laura Graves (30) has been threatening the supremacy of German superstar, Isabell Werth (48), for some time now and today, when it really mattered, the American pinned the most medalled athlete in the history of equestrian sport into runner-up spot in the Grand Prix at the FEI World Cup™ Dressage Final 2018 in Paris (FRA).

Meet some of the riders at the OTTO SPORT AUSTRALIA 2018 SYDNEY CDI

NSW Central Coast dressage rider, trainer and coach Gina Montgomery is preparing to take to the arena in Australia's premier international dressage event, the 2018 OTTO SPORT AUSTRALIA Sydney CDI.

The professional from Kiar, just north of Wyong, will have two horses competing in the event's prestigious young horse championship.

Here, Gina introduces some of her horses, describes her hopes for the 2018 event, and explains why winning at the Sydney CDI is such a huge achievement.

Highest entries in years for the OTTO SPORT AUSTRALIA 2018 Sydney CDI

The OTTO SPORT AUSTRALIA Sydney CDI has received its largest entries in four years for the 2018 event, with hundreds of the nation's best horses and riders to compete at Sydney International Equestrian Centre (SIEC) from May 2 to 5.

A total of 262 horses will be put through their paces in nearly 500 tests across four days of competition in what is Australia's most prestigious international dressage event.

Show-stealer, Sweden's Patrik Kittel, celebrates with fans after his victory in the fifth leg of the FEI World Cup™ Dressage 2018 Western European League at Olympia, London (GBR) in December. He joins 17 other qualified riders, from all around the globe, at the 2018 series in Paris (FRA) where the action takes place from 11 to 15 April.  

Paris, the City of Lights, will welcome 18 horse-and-rider combinations from all around the globe for the 33rd FEI World Cup™ Dressage Final in two weeks time, but can any of them stop Isabell Werth from winning her fourth title?

New Administration in place for Dressage NSW

New Administration in place for Dressage NSW

Dressage NSW is pleased to advise the appointments of our new Acting Honorary Secretary and Administrative Secretary, effective as at 21 March 2018. 

New Hon. Secretary Tracey Lesslie, is well known to our members as she has very capably and efficiently performed in the role of DNSW Administration Secretary for the past 5 years. Tracey will take over as Acting Honorary Secretary from Toni Venhaus who retired at the end of 2017 but has been acting in the position until the transition.
