Dressage at the Equine Lifestyle Festival

Dressage NSW is excited to be involved with the Equine Lifestyle Festival by offering an Official dressage event in conjunction with the Festival.

  • Preliminary to Grand Prix level.
  • Intermediate & Grand Prix Freestyle
  • Qualifications no longer will apply.

Equine Lifestyle Festival 

The inaugural Equine Lifestyle Festival (ELF) launches at the Hawkesbury Showground over the 13-15 of November. A new concept of event, it encompasses a variety of equine and canine competitions, a gourmet food and wine village, farm machinery and horse transport showcase and a fusion of products associated with country living.

With interactive activities for the young and the young at heart, the spectator will enjoy a relaxed and immersive outing. Competitions will run across the venue from morning to evening, with the PHS Champagne lounge offering the ultimate ringside vantage.

Dog lovers will be entertained with event ambassador Farmer Dave as he presents a huge variety of informative demonstrations and competitions. With a multitude of different disciplines such as Treibball, Scentsport, Extreme High Jump and the Mini Grand Nationals, ELF’s dog program will be sure to cater for all levels of competition whilst providing the ultimate viewing experience for spectators. New this year is the popular rising sport of DockDogs, make sure you slot some time to come and watch this exciting event.

For the equine enthusiast there are ample competitions from dressage to jumping, heavy horses to Arabians, Ranch Sorting, Campdrafting, mounted games and much more.

Held in conjunction with Dressage NSW, the ELF Dressage Championships will showcase, in spectacular fashion grassroots to elite dressage. This competition will cater to all levels of dressage rider from Preliminary through to Grand Prix, including a Grand Prix Freestyle and Prix St George Challenge. Being held over the three days of the event the ELF Dressage Championships are sure to be a major highlight. Entries open later this month.
