Details Please note Training day fee per horse is $15 (DNSW Members) $20 per horse (NON-Members) to cover the cost of grading and watering the arenas for the practice day, you can enter the protocol day or just come and ride and use the arenas.  Arena open times will be available once the protocol day draw is completed

Saturday: Prep to Medium and Young Horse Competitions

Sunday: Prelim, Novice, Advanced, FEI and Young Horse Competitions

Young Horse Competitions:

Commanded Tests - Comps 1-3 (Saturday) and Comps 18 - 20 (Sunday) will be ridden in groups of 2.  The commanded test is the same as do in groups at CDI.  This will give you a practice in the arena with more then one horse.

Young Horse Qualfiers - Comps 4-7 (Saturday) and Comps 24 - 24 (Sunday) are the normal young horse qualifying tests.

You may enter either the commanded test or qualifier or both if you would like to.  Both competitions will give you a Young Horse qualifying score as there will be different judging panels

Stabling and Camping at Clarendon

Camping is available which you can book with your entries.

All Stables will need to be booked through the Hawkesbury District Agricultural Association via Global Entries Online.  There will be no stables available for you to just come and use on the day. Cost per stable is $20.

On line entries for Clarendon events.  Online Entries only accepted.  The entry fee must be paid at time of entering. Otherwise the entry registration is deleted after 20 minutes.

Clarendon Protocol and Training Days

  • Training days for 2017: Practice days will be held on Friday before the event, or if it is a 3 day event, they will be held on the Thursday.  Please see above for more details regard the Protocol and Training Days.
  • Please note Training day fee per horse is $15 (DNSW Members) $20 per horse (NON-Members) to cover the cost of grading and watering the arenas for the practice day

  • There is no need to book to attend the practice day, you can just come and ride, please ensure you pay your fees when you arrive at the grounds.
  • Riders must be members of the EA and conditions apply.

Camping at Clarendon

  • Camping is available on the grounds.
  • There is limited power near the stable area, and plenty of power adjacent to the shower block as you drive into the grounds.
  • All camping must be paid for with your entries through nominate.
  • Cost per night is $15
