Qualifications Required

The qualifying period runs from the 19th July 2022 - 19th July 2023

All entries for EA and FEI Level tests must be qualified by having gained at least the following during the 12-month period preceding the closing date.

Performance Qualifications

Please note there will be NO extension on performance qualifications for this event.  There are many events being held with multiple opportunities to gain performances for the Championships. 

Performance Requirements by Level

  • Preliminary Level - Open: one performance of 68% or higher; AOR & Pony: one performance of 65% or higher
  • Novice Level - Open: one performance of 68% or higher; AOR & Pony: one performance of 65% or higher
  • Elementary: Open: one performance of 65% or higher; AOR & Pony: one performance of 62% or higher
  • Medium Level: Open: one performance of at least 62% or higher; AOR & Pony: one performance of 60% or higher
  • Advanced Level: Open: one performance of at least 62% or higher; AOR & Pony: one performance of 60% or higher
  • Prix St George/Intermediate I: Open, AOR & Pony: one performance of 60% or higher
  • FEI Medium Tour: Open: one performance of 60% or higher at Inter A or B required, AOR & Pony: one performance of 58% or higher
  • Intermediate II & Grand Prix: Open: one performance of 60% is compulsory at the competition level entered. Grand Prix results will count towards qualification for the Inter II. AOR & Pony one performance of 58% or higher.
