Today marks the one-year countdown to the Opening Ceremony of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, where equestrian sport will celebrate 104 years in the Olympic movement at the first Games to be held in South America.

The world’s best horses and riders will compete for medals in the Olympic disciplines of Eventing, Dressage and Jumping over 12 days of intense competition at the Olympic Equestrian Centre at Deodoro.

Conducted by Dressage NSW on behalf of Equestrian Australia in close co-operation with the Australian Dressage Committee (ADC). 

Dressage NSW is seeking a self-motived person to co-ordinate all aspects of event management for the Australian Young Rider Dressage Championships to be held 1-3 July 2016 at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre.

The 2015 NSW Dressage Championships – More varied than ever before!

Seasoned professionals, talented amateurs, ponies and Para-Equestrians.

Competition is set to be fierce at the 2015 NSW Dressage Championships, with hundreds of horses and riders entering the September event.

Entries closed on July 22, resulting in more than 200 riders set to complete 410 tests on 266 horses across all levels from September 3 to 6 at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre (SIEC).

FEI Nations Cup™ Dressage 2015 - Round 6

Hickstead (GBR), 19 July 2015

Team Denmark came out on top by a narrow margin at the sixth and last leg of the FEI Nations Cup™ Dressage 2015 pilot series staged at Hickstead, Great Britain today. It was their second successive victory at the British venue, and once again they pinned the host nation into runner-up spot, while Sweden filled third place ahead of South Africa in fourth.

The Annual General Meeting of Dressage NSW Inc will be held on Tuesday, 8 December 2015

The 2015 NSW Dressage Championships are being billed as the biggest yet for the state’s riders, with a line-up of classes catering for everyone from the grass roots through to the elite end of the sport.

Held at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre (SIEC) from September 3 to 6, this year’s event will have championships from Preliminary to Grand Prix level with rugs, medals, ribbons and other prizes on offer.
