The schedule for 2024 has been published on the website.  

The FEI Approved Schedule for the CDI competitions will be posted when available.

We encourage all competitors/owners to read the schedule and the conditions that apply for this event.

Due to the increased fees and costs associated with running an event of this type, the entry and related venue fees have been increased. Our aim is to cover our expenditure to ensure the ongoing viability of the event.

The Annual General Meeting for Dressage NSW was held on Tuesday, 21 November 2023 where the DNSW committee for 2024 was determined. 

At the committee meeting on Tuesday 12 December the DNSW committee elected the Executive for 2024.

The Dressage NSW Committee in conjunction with the NSW Riders Representative offers an invitation for applications for the position of Amateur Owner Rider Liaison for 2023/24. Acknowledging the importance of supporting and growing a strong Amateur Owner Rider community this position will be specifically centric around the needs of this particular group of riders.

The Sydney CDI 2024 will offer a comprehensive programme, featuring a CDI 1* for FEI Small Tour Horses; a CDI 3* for Grand Prix level, a CDIU25, CDIY, CDIJ as well as all FEI level competitions conducted as CDN (national competitions). The NSW Young Horse Championships and Advanced competitions, including AOR Advanced will be included.  

UPDATE: FEI Pony competitions will be added as either CDN or CDIP, status to be confirmed. Qualifications will be the same as for the CDIJ

It was team gold for Great Britain at the FEI Dressage European Championship 2023 in Riesenbeck (GER) today where the hosts and defending European champions from Germany had to settle for silver medal spot ahead of the reigning World champions from Denmark in bronze.

It’s time for Europe’s best Dressage combinations to shine this week when the FEI Dressage European Championship 2023 gets underway in Riesenbeck, Germany. 

The pirouettes have been practiced and the piaffe has been perfected, so a total of 70 horse-and-rider combinations from 23 countries are ready to put on their dancing shoes and show all their best moves as they battle it out for both team and individual medals.

With less than one year to go to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, and within days of that milestone for the Paralympic Games, the Palace and Park of Versailles were the backdrop to an operational cross country test event that provided a taste of what’s to come, at the stunning UNESCO World heritage site set to host all the equestrian disciplines in 2024.
