Pony Measuring during the NSW Dressage Championships

Pony Measuring will be available during the NSW Dressage Championships on Saturday, 10 and Sunday, 11 September 2016 from 11.00am to 2.30pm.

The cost for EA members is $10 per pony and $15 for non EA members.  Measuring will take place in the measuring bay located at the end of Block A behind J Row of the main stables.  Refer map.

Owners are to pay the official EA Measurer on the day. No bookings required.

Owners with ponies not competing at the championships are permitted to bring their ponies along for measuring but we ask they be mindful that a major event is taking place and owners/handlers need to ensure that their attendance is not interfering with the running of the event or disturbing competition horses/ponies.

  • Parking is available for pony measuring in the North Truck Park only and we ask all non-competing owners to leave the venue after being measured.
  • Ponies not competing at the event are not to be ridden at venue and owners with stallions should ensure their stallions are under control at all times with a bit in their mouth.
  • No stallions are to be tied to trucks or floats and must be supervised at all times.  Day yards are located in the North Truck park.

Please refer to the information provided for more details on what you need to do to prepare for the measuring.
