The Annual General Meeting of Dressage NSW Inc will be held on Tuesday, 26th November 2024

Open: to all current members of DNSW at the date of the AGM

Changes to the Constitution

Any proposed changes to the Constitution should be sent to the DNSW Admin Secretary by COB 7 October 2024

Nominations for the Committee 2025 - 2027 Term:

At every Annual General Meeting at least one-third (4) of the Members of the Committee, not including Delegates, shall retire from office and shall be eligible for re-election.

• The following  Committee member has served three terms of three years and will in accordance with the Constitution clause 27d, retire from office and not be eligible for re-election for a period of 12 months:  Gail Benson
• One vacancy due to the mid-term resignation of Dee Vodden Constitution clause 27f.1

• The following Committee member has served a term of three years and will, in accordance with the Constitution clause 27f.2, retire from office and be eligible for re-election: Zanna Northam

•  The following Committee member has served on the DNSW committee since 2018 and will, in accordance with the Constitution clause 27f.3, retire from office and be eligible for re-election:  Julie Jones
